If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may request a refund within 15 days from the date of purchase. Refunds must be requested via support ticket or email with the following information:
Upon refund you must destroy all copies of the software you may have made or stored in any place. The software must be uninstalled from any computers owned and/or controlled by you. All licenses to use the software will be immediately terminated, and any further use of the software is an infringement of Brim LLC's copyright and other intellectual property rights.
Refunds will NOT be issued for services provided including but not limited to product installation, customization, and software development.
